Micro Stutters on stream

With the latest update I've noticed small stutters in playback. I've reinstalled the latest update, ran obs as admin, and made sure all fps matched to 60 including my webcam. I didn't have this issue in the last update and thinking about reverting for now. Any suggestions? It also doesn't crash.

This is my clip and you can see the stutters but very minimal but I hate it lol

Some stale plugins are currently installed & some may not be vetted for the current version of OBS. Start with Advanced Scene Switcher.

That said, you have some Rendering Lag/GPU overload, system overload (Audio lagging) going on along with internet issues. To stop that Rendering Lag (which should clear up the encoding lag too), try running only your main monitor at high refresh rates & set the other @ 60HZ. Your CPU is powerful but running high refresh rates (180 & 240) on both monitors may be overloading it on a single thread, see link.

Yeah, audio is buffering through out the log, there are sample rate mis-matches too.

Disable Game Bar & Game DVR (not needed) & enable Game Mode.

I'm not sure about Malware Bytes. I have it on my system but it's never running when I use OBS, I use Defender only.
