Laptop Lag

I use an ASUS laptop and not a monitor. I tried every YouTube tutorial how to make obs stop lagging and run smoothly, and none of them worked. This is my only hope now before i start only using my mobile device forever. Whenever I try to record, my obs looks like a PowerPoint slideshow every time and I can't deal with it. Please help me with it. If it's just my laptop then I can't get a new one. But if I need to fix something, then I hope that I get to record roblox videos smoothly. Thanks for reading.
